Updated over 7 months ago

This guide provides a detailed overview of the process for our less-than-truckload (LTL) shipments. Each point on the list represents a step in the process that you should follow to ensure smooth delivery. Please read these instructions carefully and prepare accordingly to avoid potential complications.

  1. Delivery Date: Ensure you know the estimated delivery date and have someone on-site to receive the shipment.

  2. Carrier: The shipment will be delivered by the carrier DB Schenker. Please note that arrival times can vary, and it is important to stay in direct contact with the carrier to confirm the exact delivery time.

  3. Delivery Location: Goods will be delivered only to the curb or loading dock. Please ensure that access is appropriately prepared.

  4. Package Dimensions and Weight: Please follow the link below to access the table with the exact dimensions and weight of the goods. This information is important for preparing for unloading and storage: https://airtable.com/appRWiUMkDs4dlZz7/shrAnSpCMPsvzQoZH

  5. Unloading of Goods: A forklift or access to a loading dock is required for unloading goods. Ensure these facilities are available at the time of delivery.

  6. Delivery on Pallets or in Wooden Crates: Goods will be delivered in pallets or wooden crates that allow for safe and protected arrival.

  7. Damage Inspection on Arrival and Signature: Check the goods immediately upon arrival for any transport damage. Any damages should be reported and documented immediately with the carrier's driver to make any claims. Verify that the shipment is complete and undamaged before signing. If you notice any damages, note this on the bill of lading before signing. Transport damages not reported immediately upon acceptance of the delivery cannot be considered.

  8. Unpacking and Handling of Goods: Unpacking and moving of goods must be organized and performed by the recipient or from the customer's side. Ensure the necessary tools and personnel are available for this.

  9. Contact Information for Inquiries: If there are any problems during delivery, please contact us at [email protected].
