You can make a return within two weeks of receipt of your order.

If you need more time to return your order, please contact us via the support chat on our website, or via email to hello@newtendency.com to ask for an extension. We may ask you to complete the Returns Form already.

Please note we will need to decide about a possible extension on a case-by-case basis.
